i was watching some videos about parkour, aka free running. then i moved on to some kungfu videos about qigong. came across this amazing shifu demostrating qigong. a must-watch video! dont forget to watch his video on drunken style.

it's sunday, but no need to book in! YAY! on off for the rest of the week until 18apr! 爽! went shopping with ronald today. bought some clothes. will be having dinner with my recruits @ 15 minutes in lasalle college tmr. wed going for night cycling! weeeee.

Qingming Festival (清明节)

had a gathering with my bmt friends yesterday. we played badminton at tampines sports hall. so long since i last picked up my badminton racket to play. went to catch clash of the titans at the cinema after that. honestly speaking, it wasnt as nice as i thought. but still, not bad la. stayed home today. supposed to go 扫墓, paying respects to your loved ones who have deceased. but it rained the whole day since yesterday. in the end, i slept through my afternoon. must be the weather la, too nice for sleeping le. haha.

清明时节雨纷纷，
路上行人欲断魂。
借问酒家何处有？
牧童遥指杏花村。

i've always liked 清明节. it's a time when you can see families getting together, going to the cemetery to 扫墓. although your loved ones may have already passed away, they will always be remembered by their family members.
