人日

today is the seventh day of the first month on the lunar calendar. it is also know as 人日 (renri), which means common man’s birthday and everyone grows one year older on this day. to celebrate renri, people usually eat dishes such as yusheng (鱼生), aka lo hei in cantonese. happy 人日 and happy birthday to all! haha.
